Nice City Pass
One pass. Unlimited city.
Nice's main city pass is the French Riviera Pass, issued by the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office and covering more than 50 attractions across the region – from the Chagall Museum and hop-on hop-off bus to boat excursions and the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. This page covers what's included, how the 24-, 48-, and 72-hour options compare, and when the pass is genuinely worth it over buying tickets individually.

Common questions
FAQs
Is the French Riviera Pass worth it for a trip to Nice?
It depends on how many paid activities you're planning. For a museum-focused trip, the €15 municipal museum pass plus a separate €12 Chagall ticket (€27 total) covers the core art circuit at much lower cost than even the 24-hour Riviera Pass at €30. The Riviera Pass earns its keep if you're combining museums with the hop-on hop-off bus, a boat excursion, and at least one site outside Nice – visitors doing that kind of itinerary across 2–3 days typically report genuine savings of €5–€20.
What's included in the French Riviera Pass?
More than 50 attractions across Nice and the wider Côte d'Azur region: the Chagall Museum, Musée Matisse, MAMAC, Musée Masséna, the hop-on hop-off city bus, the Petit Train Touristique, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild (Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat), Villa Kerylos (Beaulieu-sur-Mer), the Maeght Foundation (Saint-Paul-de-Vence), the Oceanographic Museum in Monaco, boat crossings to the Lérins Islands, a Galimard perfume workshop in Eze, kayak and Segway tours, and restaurant and shop discounts across the region. Note that regular Lignes d'Azur buses and trams are not included.
Where can I buy the French Riviera Pass?
Online – purchase there and an e-ticket PDF is delivered within an hour. If you want a physical card, exchange it at the Nice Côte d'Azur tourist offices on the Promenade des Anglais or at the desks in both airport terminals. The pass is activated on first use at any included attraction and is valid through 31 December 2026. Prices shown are €30 (24h), €45 (48h), and €65 (72h) – verify at the official site before purchasing as prices have shifted slightly between 2025 and 2026.
